Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Austin to attract top tech talent and empower fast-growing teams. You will partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies, lead end-to-end hiring, and focus on active sourcing for cybersecurity and network security roles.

You will collaborate with People Business Partners and coordinators to drive growth across Tech teams. You will influence, source creatively, and manage pipelines using Greenhouse, ensuring an inclusive hiring

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, preferably network security or cybersecurity sales.
Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: advise hiring managers to shape effective hiring strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: own end-to-end process from plans to sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
Diversity & Inclusion: enhance attraction and hiring of diverse candidates.
Creative Sourcing: direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms for qualified cybersecurity and network security sales candidates.
Pipeline Management: maintain healthy candidate pipeline and update stakeholders.
Project Leadership: collaborate on initiatives to improve talent acquisition.

About the role

Our primary focus is attracting top talent and empowering them to excel. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our Tech teams. We value solution-oriented self- starters who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact. Your role will involve partnering strategically with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful acquisition of exceptional candidates, primarily through active sourcing. You'll collaborate closely with our People Business Partners, Coordinators, and various business leaders to drive the growth and success of our Tech Teams.

What you'll do

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes at every step.

Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.

Project Leadership: Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.

Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process and helping to build diverse, high-performing teams.

Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset. The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.

Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

For Austin based hires: Estimated annual salary of $102,000 - $160,000
