ABOUT THE ROLE

Plaud is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our efforts in identifying and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for technology and AI-focused roles and will be adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within the company
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing training and support as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
