What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across hardware, software, manufacturing, business, and customer operations
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates
- Build an efficient and repeatable recruiting engine, including reporting and dashboards for pipeline health
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine clear and inclusive interview processes
- Optimize current recruiting technology and tools, including ATS evaluation and management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical, operational, and business roles
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates through creative outreach
- Experience in building scalable recruiting processes and hiring playbooks
- Proficient in using data to drive recruitment decisions and track key metrics
- Experience managing recruiting vendors and ensuring alignment with hiring needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with designing equitable interview and assessment processes
- Experience in leading teams through system and process transitions in recruiting tech stacks
