Gresham Smith in Nashville is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will craft targeted sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, analyze recruiting metrics, and contribute to a culture that values care, integrity, and teamwork within our growing multidisciplinary offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing mid to senior level talent.
• Expertise in various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that foster seamless collaboration.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for matching talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.

• Stay current on industry trends and AE talent market dynamics.
