Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Franklin, TN is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruitment for all openings, including leadership roles, in a high-volume healthcare environment. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, partner with hiring managers, and build a diverse talent pool.

You will mentor a recruitment team, manage direct sourcing and agency relationships, maintain ATS records, and promote internal mobility and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience required.
  • Experience with MS Office is required.
  • Previous healthcare, corrections and/or agency recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and implements full cycle recruitment for all openings in a high-volume environment.
  • Builds and cultivates relationships with stakeholders across levels to proactively search for top talent.
  • Mentors and serves as a lead to recruitment team, negotiating offers with successful candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manages high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search agency relationships; maintains ATS records.
  • Promotes diversity, internal mobility, and internal referrals and performs additional duties as assigned.

How you make a difference

The Senior Recruiter reports to TA Leadership and is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all job openings, including leadership positions, in a high-volume environment. They lead and implement recruiting strategies, using primary and secondary research methods and tools to identify top talent. The Senior Recruiter builds successful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies and meet recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and implements full cycle recruitment strategy for all job openings, including leadership positions, in a high-volume environment.
  • Builds and cultivates relationships with stakeholders across all levels and business areas, utilizing various recruiting methods to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent.
  • Mentors and serves as a lead to recruitment team, identifying top talent and negotiating offers with successful candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manages high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search agency relationships, and maintains up-to-date record keeping in ATS to provide transparency to the recruiting team.
  • Promotes diversity, internal mobility, and internal referrals and performs additional duties as assigned.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

  • Eight (8) or more years of experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
  • Experience with MS Office is required.
  • Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
