Job summary

City of Conroe is seeking a role at the Oscar Johnson Jr Enrichment & Recreation Center to deliver public programs and manage events. The position supports opening/closing activities, planning, preparing supplies, and ensures safety and policy compliance for participants.

The ideal candidate has experience in leading teams, works well with children, communicates effectively, and handles cash with accuracy. A valid Texas driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers programs and events to the public and assists with planning and setup.
• Opens and closes the facility and assigns duties for programs and events.
• Gathers supplies/equipment and performs setup and takedown; performs cursory cleanup as needed.
• Adheres to City of Conroe policies and safety procedures.
