A consulting firm committed to public service is seeking a Recovery Senior Managing Associate. In this role, you will support local governments and lead recovery efforts from natural disasters. You should possess extensive experience in FEMA policies and project management. This position offers a competitive salary range of $88,000–$150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and at least seven (7) years of experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the FEMA PA and/or IA Program.
• Prior leadership and project management experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of FEMA PA and/or IA policy.

Responsabilidades

• Support local governments with recovery from natural disasters.
• Lead individual program teams in recovery client engagements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for productivity.
• Provide clients with FEMA policy subject matter expertise.

Excellent written and verbal communication
