EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager - FEMA in our Government Services practice. This role leads large-scale disaster recovery programs, driving business development and providing leadership to consulting teams.

You will guide engagement strategy, ensure compliance and financial oversight, mentor staff, and collaborate with federal, state, and local entities. FEMA policy expertise is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Safety, Emergency Management, Disaster Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of disaster recovery and emergency management experience.
• 5+ years in consulting and/or client support and business development.
• 5+ years in a management or supervisor role.
• Knowledge of FEMA disaster programs, regulations, policies and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex state and community-level recovery programs administering FEMA funds, including compliance and financial oversight such as audits and closeout.
• Evaluate client needs, define project approaches, manage engagement scope and deliverables quality.
• Drive revenue through new and incremental growth of clients.
• Lead the team through all program phases: planning, mobilization, execution and completion.
• Engage in business development activities: conferences, RFPs, funding opportunities, and partnerships.
