Job summary

Fraser is seeking a Records Manager in Richfield, MN to lead its organization-wide records and information governance program. You will ensure the lifecycle management, security, and lawful disposition of records while aligning with HIPAA and privacy regulations.

The role requires a strong background in HIM/ECM/EMR, governance policy development, and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risk and support operational excellence. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Richfield, MN is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management/health information management, library science, business administration, or related field.
• CRM/CIP certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• 5+ years of experience in records and information management, with focus on HR or healthcare records preferred.
• Expert knowledge of privacy laws, retention standards, and ECM/EMR platforms.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide records and information governance program.
• Develop retention schedules, file plans, and policies in compliance with regs.
