Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator & Project Manager in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves guiding customers through reconstruction processes, developing detailed estimates, and managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in reconstruction or restoration, knowledge of building materials, and familiarity with the insurance claims process. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project management.
• Must have Xactimate experience writing Water, Mold, Fire, and Rebuild estimates.
• Experience obtaining building permits and managing the municipal inspection process.
• Strong working knowledge of subcontractor management across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer properties to perform detailed onsite inspections and damage assessments.
• Develop onsite field quotes or detailed Xactimate reconstruction estimates.
• Own the full lifecycle of assigned reconstruction projects from contract through completion.
• Manage project budgets — track costs, identify variances, and protect margin.
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs at key milestones and at project completion.
