With responsibilities ranging from project oversight to client relations, the ideal candidate will possess construction experience, familiarity with Xactimate, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience with Xactimate required.
• Strong understanding of disaster mitigation estimating.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s Project Quality Planning and Control process.
• Liaise with clients and contacts for successful project execution.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards.
• Monitor construction through direction of on-site Superintendent.
• Evaluate construction progress to ensure projects meet schedules.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts reporting.
• Identify potential legal issues and review with Branch Manager.
• Oversee completion of project close-out.
