Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is recruiting a Subject Matter Expert in Advanced Reconnaissance for Stone Bay, NC. The role supports MEF-level objectives, helps plan and design courses, and delivers lectures and hands-on training to military students.

Qualified candidates will have extensive SOF experience, DoD certifications in security and surveillance, and proven ability to coordinate with embassy and host nation contacts during complex exercises.

Qualifications

• Completion certifications in Physical Security (PSP/PSC) or equivalent.
• DoD-certified in force protection, physical surveillance, sensor emplacement and counter surveillance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead instructor with planning and design of training and exercises.
• Liaise with MIG personnel to align MEF objectives.
• Deliver lectures and hands-on training in classroom and field settings.
• Provide SME support for MEU exercises and mission planning.
• Develop training environments enabling enabler integration.
