Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations and investigate reconciliation discrepancies.
• Resolve complex reconciliation exceptions and manage stale items.
• Lead training sessions for new processes and document procedures.
• Prepare, analyze, and coordinate secondary reviews for regulatory reporting.
• Provide support for audits and control testing; ensure risk and controls compliance.
• Coordinate testing of corporate projects and communicate risks and defects.
• Mentor analysts and transfer knowledge within the department.
