Cencora is hiring a Senior Receiving Warehouse Operator in Roanoke, TX. The role supports inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.

The position runs full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, up to $26.95 based on incentives and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control.
• CSCP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities for accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments and staging areas to meet handling and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies and stock movements to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels and storage conditions to identify replenishment needs and risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for visibility.
