Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Grand Prairie, TX to support our US distribution operations. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6 AM onward, with overtime potential.

The position involves order fulfillment, cycle counting, RF scanning, and ensuring product integrity in a climate-controlled distribution center. Base pay is up to $21.55 per hour, with pay differentials and incentives available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand the English language.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
