Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy.
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or gaps in processes.
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations.
• Handle discrepancies such as damages, shortages, and documentation issues.
• Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
