What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process medical rebates based on established contract terms in the rebate billing system
- Verify rebate eligibility according to client formulary and line of business
- Run, audit, and submit invoices for rebate billing reports to pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Reconcile incoming rebates against billing invoices, resolve discrepancies, and allocate rebates
- Collaborate with various departments to identify rebate eligibility and formulary information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, transaction analysis, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience anticipating customer needs and developing proactive solutions
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or insurance industries
- Familiarity with databases for data loading, querying, and reporting
- Customer service experience
- Experience handling large sets of data
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management
