Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in real estate, property management, or paralegal studies; 15+ years experience.
• Paralegal certificate and valid driver’s license.
• Expert knowledge of real property management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support complex realty projects and regulatory compliance within the region.
• Assist lease acquisition, administration and project closeout.
• Negotiate real estate documents (lease, sale, transfer).
• Support DOE real property transactions and title documents.
• Perform special research and other duties as assigned.
