RSI EnTech, LLC in Morgantown, WV seeks a Sr. Realty Specialist to oversee acquisition, disposition, administration, and project management from initiation to closeout. Responsibilities include title work, licenses, access agreements, and environmental easements, with DOE interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Scientific Field, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Water Rights and Mineral Rights research.

Responsibilities

• Provide realty support to all sites including site transition, leases, access agreements, and property research.
• Quality review of annual data validation packages and source documentation.
• Negotiate real estate documents including lease, sale, or transfer of DOE property.
• Support Contract Deliverables such as Siting Plan and Real Property manuals.
• Assist with title documents and other realty instruments like licenses and easements.
• Handle special research or projects as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
