Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Sr. Realty Specialist in Westminster, CO to oversee acquisition, disposition, administration and project management from start to close.

You will support title work and realty instruments while coordinating with DOE Realty Officers on property transactions. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree in real estate (paralegal cert preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support interactions with real estate professionals to manage complex regional realty projects.
• Quality review of data validation packages and source documentation (FIMS).
• Negotiate real estate documents including lease, sale, or transfer of DoE property.
• Assist with contract deliverables such as Siting Plan and 5-year budgeting guides.
• Provide support on title documents and other realty instruments (licenses, access agreements, covenants).
• Conduct special research or projects as requested.
