Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Real World Evidence (RWE) Visualization Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager. This position is responsible for leading, managing, executing, and implementing visualization solutions to support epidemiology research, real world data exploration, evidence synthesis, and observational database analytics insight extraction.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide consultation to clients on RWE visualization solutions, including customization options, roadmaps, timelines, and investment levels, aligning with organizational priorities.
  2. Lead the RWE visualization team to manage projects involving technology selection, data pipeline and engineering design, storyboard development, client interaction, and visualization development using programming languages and tools such as R-shiny, Tableau, Dash, including deployment, testing, and support.
  3. Manage project timelines and resources to support client relationships.
  4. Explore new visualization capabilities and use cases, design pilot programs, and assess feasibility for product improvements.
  5. Conduct product demos and client discussions, clarifying needs, priorities, and budgets, and preparing proposals with resource and cost estimates.
  6. Contribute to training on RWE visualization best practices.
Requirements
  1. MS in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health policy, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar.
  2. At least 2 years (5 years for managerial roles) hands-on experience in RWE visualization with observational databases.
  3. Strong data visualization skills with R-Shiny, Tableau, and other BI tools; UI/UX design experience is a plus.
  4. Programming experience with SAS/R, SQL, and Python.
  5. Ability to understand and communicate complex study results effectively to cross-functional teams.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, diverse, and matrix environment.
  8. Proactive in identifying new opportunities and solutions.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
