What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide consultation to clients on RWE visualization solution options, including customization and investment levels
2. Lead and manage the RWE visualization team to execute projects involving technology selection and data pipeline design
3. Conduct project planning and resource management to support client relationship development
4. Design and implement new RWE visualization capabilities and pilot programs for continuous improvement
5. Facilitate product demos and client discussions to clarify needs and create proposals with resource and cost estimations

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum MS in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health policy, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar
2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in RWE visualization; 5 years required for managerial roles
3. Strong data visualization skills using R-Shiny, Tableau, and other BI tools
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, SQL, and Python
5. Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Product development, UI, and UX design experience
2. Demonstrated ability to articulate clients' business challenges in HEOR, RWE, and commercial domains
