The Air & Missile Defense Radar team builds real-time tracking software and advanced algorithms, protecting lives and assets while delivering high-performance systems for mission-critical operations. We value engineers who design, implement, and validate tracking solutions, collaborating with radar engineers to deploy production-grade software

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics or differential equations.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, debugging.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
• Develop real-time software systems processing radar data and tracking dozens to hundreds of targets.
• Build and validate tracking performance using modeling and simulation environments.
• Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions.
• Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments with low latency.
