Job summary

Aechelon Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, established team in the DFW area, focusing on radar and sensor simulation software.

You will develop cross-platform C++ applications for Windows and Linux, contribute to OpenGL graphics, real-time processing, and documentation, with eligibility for US security clearance. This role is based at our Farmers Branch, TX location and offers a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of software development with C/C++.
• Strong understanding of real-time application programming.
• Cross-platform development experience (Windows & Linux).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application-level software simulating airborne radar and sensors.
• Design and implement software, create technical documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Engage with customers and perform software integration and testing.
• Plan tasks and estimate schedules for timely delivery.
