Overwatch Imaging in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement software that turns high‑level inputs and sensor data into real‑time intelligence. You will work on onboard image processing, AI algorithms, and embedded drivers for tactical imaging systems, balancing speed, reliability and resource constraints.

Qualifications

Experience in airborne or space imagery processing and AI-enabled systems.
Strong software fundamentals and hands-on embedded software development.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and delivering complex software in teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications for real-time imagery systems.
Lead embedded software for motion control, camera/IMU drivers and data management.
Develop geospatial image processing and software interfaces to external systems.
Create build, test, and deployment tooling and manage dependencies.
