Create Music Group, based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to join our Data & Analytics team. Lead real-time streaming initiatives, collaborate across data engineering, DevOps and product groups to deliver end-to-end features that power analytics and client experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and a bias for action in a fast-growing company with a focus on scalable streaming solutions for artists, labels and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management experience for a platform or service across multiple releases.
• Understanding of streaming architecture and big data systems.
• Technical understanding of streaming technologies and their real-world applications.
• Experience supporting platforms and SDK/tooling to enable self service.
• Strong communication and collaboration across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap, vision and execution for real-time streaming capabilities and data platform tooling.
• Drive end-to-end features across product groups with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering & DevOps to enable real-time streaming analytics.
• Deliver real-time data egress capabilities for analytics and insights.
