Job summary

Castelion Corporation seeks a Senior Control Electronics Engineer to design and deliver real-time control electronics for flight-critical systems, including TVC and ACS driver electronics, in a fast-moving hardware-driven environment.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform hardware bring-up and testing, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring EMI/EMC, thermal management, and rugged operation under extreme conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years designing and validating control electronics for aerospace or high-reliability systems.
• Strong background in real-time control systems and actuator electronics.
• Experience designing motor drivers or similar high-performance actuators.
• Proficiency in analog and mixed-signal design and simulation (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time control electronics for flight-critical systems.
• Lead architecture and implementation of actuator control systems.
• Develop high-reliability analog/mixed-signal circuits for sensing and actuation.
• Collaborate with GNC, avionics, and flight software teams for integration.
• Define qualification and flight test plans and analyze results.
