Job summary

Sound Transit seeks a Senior Project Manager - Real Property to lead complex relocation and acquisition efforts within our real property program. You will oversee scope, schedule, budgets, and staff/consultants to deliver projects on time and within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and budget management skills, with hybrid office work in Seattle and collaboration across departments. A Bachelor’s degree and five years in real estate are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance and real estate, finance, or closely related field.
• Five years in real estate including real property acquisition, relocation assistance, and real estate appraisal and review; one year leading staff and projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs relocation and acquisition activities for Sound Transit projects.
• Oversees scope, schedule, costs, personnel, and contract documents; ensures contract compliance.
• Coordinates with consultants; conducts due diligence including title, survey, and appraisal; tracks progress and budgets.
• Prepares reports and supporting documentation; ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
