Sound Transit in Seattle, WA is seeking a Project Manager - Real Property for a term-limited role. You will oversee relocation, acquisition, and real property budgets, coordinating with consultants and internal stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, insurance/real estate or related field and at least four years' experience in real estate, relocation, and appraisal. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and four years in real estate incl. acquisition, relocation, appraisal & project leadership.
• Experience leading staff and projects in real estate programs and budgets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage relocation & acquisition functions for projects per the Uniform Relocation Act.
• Lead and supervise consultants; oversee due diligence, title, survey, and appraisal.
• Coordinate weekly meetings to validate scope, schedule and budget; resolve issues.
• Prepare and present staff reports; maintain compliance with laws and agency policies.
• Collaborate with legal on condemnation and relocation matters.
