Job summary

Sound Transit seeks an experienced property management professional to draft, route, and negotiate complex leases, licenses, and easements for Sound Transit properties.

You will coordinate with project teams, regulators, and stakeholders to obtain approvals, manage encroachment issues, and support audits and compliance efforts. A strong background in real estate contracts and leasing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education in business, real estate, property management or related field required.
• Three years in real estate including drafting and maintaining property agreements.
• Knowledge of leasing policies, contracts and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drafts leases, licenses, easements and related documents for Sound Transit properties.
• Reviews and negotiates feedback with stakeholders and obtains approvals.
• Coordinate permits and property rights with project teams and agencies.
• Track grant compliance and support audits at various levels.
• Maintain relationships with engineers, surveyors and consultants.
