Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate for its Real Estate Valuation & Investigation Services practice to prepare narrative appraisal reports, build income-approach models, and deliver high-quality valuation services across commercial property types.

You will work with onshore leaders to deepen technical expertise, engage with clients, and progress toward the Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential.

Competenze

• : 3–5 years of commercial real estate valuation experience
• Draft full narrative appraisal reports across multiple property types
• Proficient in building income approach models, including direct capitalization and DCF
• Ability to travel for property inspections
• Knowledge of leases, rent rolls, operating statements, and development budgets
• Strong written communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and active credential in good standing

Mansioni

• Prepare full narrative appraisal reports with limited supervision
• Build income-approach models including direct capitalization and DCF analyses
• Analyze leases, rent rolls, operating statements, and development budgets
• Draft highest and best use, market, and neighborhood analyses
• Develop financial models supporting valuation, planning, and transactions
• Conduct property inspections and research rent, sale, expense, and cap rate data
• Confirm comparable data with brokers, owners, and public records
• Assist engagement managers in valuation engagements
• Coordinate with clients and property contacts for documentation and inspections
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Maintain an accurate appraisal experience log with supervisory appraiser
• Mentor Associates and contribute to team development
