Larson Maddox, in partnership with an elite New York City law firm, seeks mid-level and senior associates to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice. You will work on market-leading transactions and collaborate with partners on sophisticated real estate matters.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of CRE transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and NY Bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience from a reputable law firm.
• Experience handling commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, joint venture agreements, financings, and other related transactions.
• Assist clients with drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and coordinate transaction closings.
• Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated real estate matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions involving tax, corporate, and finance considerations.
