EisnerAmper’s Real Estate Tax group seeks a technically adept professional to support complex real estate transactions, REITs, partnership structures, and fund taxation, researching issues and developing tax positions with partners and client service teams.

This hybrid role provides exposure to varied clients, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to grow within a leading national firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years real estate tax experience in public accounting or professional services.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required.
• Strong research, writing, and ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex federal tax issues affecting real estate clients.
• Advise partners and engagement teams on technical tax matters.
• Prepare technical memoranda, tax positions, and position documentation.
• Provide guidance on partnership taxation, REIT structures, and fund-related issues.
• Assist with complex client transactions and restructurings.
• Monitor tax law developments impacting real estate.
