EisnerAmper is seeking a technical tax professional to join its Real Estate Tax practice. The role provides guidance on complex real estate tax matters, REITs, fund taxation, and partnership structures.

You will collaborate with engagement teams and partners on sophisticated transactions and stay ahead of evolving tax law developments. The position offers a hybrid work model and exposure to a high-growth, market-leading Real Estate Tax group designing technical solutions for diverse clients,

Competenze

4+ years of real estate tax experience within public accounting or professional services.
CPA or Enrolled Agent designation.
Strong tax research and writing skills.
Experience communicating technical tax issues to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and engagements.

Research and analyze complex federal tax issues affecting real estate clients.
Advise partners and engagement teams on technical tax matters.
Prepare and review technical memoranda and tax position documentation.
Provide guidance on partnership taxation, REIT structures, and fund-related tax issues.
