EisnerAmper is seeking a technical tax professional for its Real Estate Tax practice to serve as a technical resource on REITs, partnership taxation, and fund structures. You will guide Partners and teams, develop tax positions, and produce memos for sophisticated real estate transactions.

The role emphasizes research-driven work beyond compliance, with exposure to private equity funds, REITs, and complex real estate deals, in a hybrid office setting across relevant markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of real estate tax experience in public accounting or professional services.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Strong tax research and writing skills.
• Ability to explain complex tax issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and engagements.

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze complex federal tax issues affecting real estate clients.
• Advise partners and engagement teams on technical tax matters.
• Prepare and review technical memoranda and tax position documentation.
• Provide guidance on partnership taxation, REIT structures, and fund-related tax issues.
