Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the San Francisco advisory business. This hybrid role requires delivering start-to-finish management of commercial real estate projects for key clients in the Bay Area.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate scope, budget, schedule, and risks, and report to clients as needed. Strong client management and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• US work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in future.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience; experience with CRE preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project or similar PM software preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure for demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial real estate projects for Bay area clients from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources.
• Develop charters, timelines and RFPs; evaluate bids and select resources.
• Facilitate meetings, track status, and ensure on-time delivery across teams.
• Coach team members and model Turner & Townsend values (RISE).
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
