Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst for the Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group in Los Angeles. You will calculate fund-, investor-, and investment-level performance, validate data, and support quarterly statements and client inquiries.

Responsibilities include maintaining GIPS composites, coordinating the annual verification, and ensuring data accuracy for MSCI benchmarking, while driving process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably accounting or finance.
• 3+ years in investment performance or related fields.
• Understanding of money-weighted and time-weighted returns.
• Knowledge of GIPS standards and performance composites.
• Knowledge of NCREIF and MSCI indices.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate fund-, investor-, and investment-level performance including money-weighted returns, time-weighted returns and investment multiples.
• Calculate property-level income, capital, and total returns per NCREIF methodology.
• Validate data and resolve discrepancies with Fund Accounting and Financial Ops teams.
• Prepare quarterly results and respond to client inquiries with timely delivery.
• Maintain GIPS composites and related performance information.
• Coordinate annual GIPS verification process and respond to verifications.
• Validate data used for MSCI benchmarking and attribution analysis.
• Perform data validation and UAT for system changes.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure client service excellence.
