Job summary

S+H Search is seeking a 1-2 year Analyst or 3+ year Senior Analyst to join our real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio across North America and Europe.

As part of the finance team, you will calculate and validate investment performance metrics, prepare quarterly reports across funds, and support benchmarking and attribution. This role emphasizes data quality, reporting automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3+ years in performance reporting, investment operations, analytics, fund accounting, or related.
• Understanding of IRR, time-weighted returns, benchmarking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience handling large datasets and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and validate recurring investment performance metrics, including IRR, time-weighted returns, equity multiples, and contribution analysis.
• Prepare and reconcile quarterly performance reporting across funds, investments, and properties.
• Lead or support industry benchmarking submissions; perform attribution, contribution, variance, and benchmark analysis.
• Partner with internal finance, fund administration, asset management, portfolio management, investor relations, and communications teams on quarter-end reporting.
• Conduct data quality reviews; build and enhance reporting databases, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Work with data strategy teams on reporting automation; support broader finance transformation and governance initiatives.
