Job summary

The ONeil Search Group is seeking a real estate paralegal for a top global law firm's New York office. Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sale transactions, and leasing.

The paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of real estate transactions, with strong title and survey skills, coordination of closings, and document assembly. Experience with loan documents and zoning due diligence is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Ability to prioritize a high volume of work and manage responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail in title, survey, and zoning.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Experience coordinating closings and managing closing checklists.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and practice-specific support to attorneys throughout real estate transactions.
• Assist with pre- and post-closing duties and document assembly.
• Coordinate closings, room setup, signature pages, and related documentation.
• Review title, survey, and zoning reports and negotiate endorsements.
• Prepare closing and post-closing documents and manage related administrative tasks.
