The role focuses on managing residential and commercial real estate closings from contract through post-closing, while supporting attorneys, clients, lenders, and other transaction parties.

The candidate will oversee 25–30 active matters, order and review title and due diligence materials, and prepare closing documents.

Qualifications

Manage real estate closings from contract through closing and post-closing.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, underwriters, and attorneys to resolve transaction issues and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven legal environment.
Experience ordering and reviewing title searches, surveys, and related closing documents.

Responsibilities

Manage a moderate volume of residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to closing (approx. 25–30 active matters).
Order and review title, lien searches, surveys, estoppel letters, zoning reports, and related due diligence materials.
Prepare closing statements, title commitments, title policies, and post-closing deliverables.
Communicate with clients, lenders, underwriters, and transaction parties to resolve issues and keep on schedule.
Calendar and monitor critical contract dates and coordinate lender funding.
