Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire in Tampa, FL. You will support complex real estate transactions, title and survey matters, due diligence reviews, closings, and financing documentation in a law firm setting.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with attorneys, clients, and title companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with title insurance matters, including title and survey review, title commitments, title policies, and resolving title issues.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate transactional and financing matters from due diligence through closing.
• Review title commitments, surveys, due diligence materials, and related real estate documents to identify and help resolve issues.
• Prepare and coordinate closing documents, closing binders, closing instruction letters, UCC financing statements, deeds, mortgages, and related transactional documents.
• Work with title companies, clients, attorneys, and other parties regarding title commitments, title policies, recordings, and closing requirements.
• Conduct official records searches, electronic recordings, and related public records research.
• Assist with formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
