This remote-first role serves clients across the United States, advising business leaders on regulation and risk while providing strategic guidance and hands-on drafting and negotiations.

The role collaborates with Compliance, oversees IP matters, coordinates with outside counsel, and mentors staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with experience in real estate and title insurance.
• Experience with mortgage technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret state regulations affecting title and mortgage industries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and support transactions.
