Qualifications

• Experience in New York State Supreme Court is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead matters from inception through resolution, collaborating directly with partners and clients on strategy and motions.
• Manage depositions, negotiations, hearings and trials, coordinating with opposing counsel and experts.
• Represent prominent property owners, developers, investors, landlords and other commercial stakeholders.
