The ideal candidate has strong CRE litigation experience, including landlord/tenant disputes, drafting and advocacy skills, trial experience, and sound judgment. NY Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate litigation.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Experience with landlord/tenant disputes and related real estate litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of significant commercial real estate matters with independent judgment.
• Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes, injunctions, foreclosures, and related litigation.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide strategic advocacy.

Our client, a sought after and highly respected midsized New York City law firm, is seeking an accomplished commercial real estate litigator with 7 or more years of experience to join its successful practice. Working alongside an empowering partner, this attorney will take ownership of significant matters, exercise independent judgment and build lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial real estate litigation experience, including meaningful exposure to commercial landlord and tenant disputes, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, trial experience and sound judgment. Admission to the New York Bar is required.

The firm represents prominent property owners, developers, investors and commercial landlords in sophisticated landlord and tenant disputes, Yellowstone injunctions, lease enforcement, mortgage foreclosures, construction disputes and related real estate litigation.
