Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Senior Real Estate litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, and landlord-tenant law to represent clients in court and before agencies in California.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• 5+ years of legal drafting and legal research experience preferred.

• Familiarity with California civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and client relationship skills; real estate broker's license is a plus.
