Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Counsel or Partner to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA. The role targets a seasoned attorney with 10+ years in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

This senior attorney will draft and negotiate loan documents, lead due diligence, and guide clients through all phases of complex real estate financings, including acquisitions and mezzanine loans. A Pennsylvania/NY bar license is required.

Qualifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and/or New York Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and intercreditor agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.
• Manage commercial real estate acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate agreements of sale for commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients throughout all phases of complex real estate finance transactions.
