Responsibilities include loan origination for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, drafting primary loan documents, and handling mezzanine loans, asset management, and workout experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan origination and transaction management.
• JD degree and active bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Draft primary loan documents and manage transactions from inception through closing.
• Handle mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management, and workout experience.
• Conduct secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies.
