Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to oversee complex real estate policy projects and installation governance for the Marine Corps. You will manage a team, track enterprise real estate actions, draft policy, and prepare decision packages for senior leaders.

The role requires a deep understanding of real property within government settings and a Secret clearance. You will train Regions and Installations while collaborating with senior leadership on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration with 10+ years of real property or facility management experience.
• Experience drafting policy documents, handbooks, agendas, minutes, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Knowledge of NDAA real estate provisions and DoW Instruction 4165.70.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience supporting high-visibility and mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of complex, high-visibility installation management and real estate policy projects.
• Lead a team to develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects.
• Track enterprise-level real estate actions and draft policy based on DoW guidance.
• Prepare congressional-level decision packages and audit readiness documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to Regions and Installations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape infrastructure policy.
