Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Installation Facilities Space Planner to support the Marine Corps installation lifecycle management. You will evaluate real property portfolios, maintain asset inventories, and coordinate with Public Works and engineering teams to reflect current conditions and requirements.

You will interpret asset data, collaborate with stakeholders, and help strengthen facility management processes to improve decision-making and installation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in facilities or asset management.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in facilities management (preferred).
• Knowledge of facility real property lifecycle management and asset documentation workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with Public Works and stakeholders to document asset information and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Support installation asset management and maintain real property asset inventories.
• Integrate updated field information into enterprise systems and coordinate with engineering, planning, and Public Works teams.
• Prepare asset-related summaries, track changes, and align asset information with planning needs across the installation.
• Assist with maintenance, planning, and investment decision processes.
