Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an RES Operations Manager to lead specialty facility operations for a large campus and provide management across Building Operations and 24/7 Critical Operations. You will oversee infrastructure, construction, vendors, risk management, and day-to-day operations, reporting to the RES Operations Director.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field and have 7+ years of facilities ops experience, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of facilities operations experience in large facilities, including leadership of personnel and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, BAS/controls, and critical facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty operations, including risk management, events, dock operations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Provide coverage across Building Operations and 24/7 Operations, including preventive maintenance and incident response.
• Manage construction, scope development, contractor coordination, shutdown planning, commissioning and turnover.
• Provide leadership for electrical, mechanical, BAS/controls, plumbing, life-safety, and critical facility systems to maintain reliability.
• Lead technicians, contractors, and service providers while managing priorities, budgets, safety, KPIs, and documentation.
